Carola Fernandez

Carola was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

She completed her medical education in University Autonoma of Guadalajara and afterwards moved back to Ponce, PR where she completed her Emergency Medicine Residency.

Carola also did an Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship in New York Methodist Hospital and currently works as an Ultrasound Attending.

She is in charge of the Ultrasound Multimedia and Communications Division.

She considers herself a happy nomad, given that she has lived in Mexico, multiple cities in Puerto Rico, Dallas and currently New York City.

Carola loves to cook and has a passion for a good glass of wine…Cheers!
