Biography
Nick is a Senior Emergency Specialist and the co-Director of Emergency Medicine Training at the Canberra Hospital. He is a clinical lecturer at the Australian National University and has a passion for medical education.
Nick is the creator of Time Critical Medical Education (www.ticme.com.au) a free critical care education website and www.srilankaemergency.wordpress.com which is the first online education platform for Sri Lankan critical care. Nick loves acute cardiology and has published on WPW.
In 2015/16 Nick spent 6 months based at Teaching Hospital Karapitiya ETU in Galle, Sri Lanka where he had the most exciting and rewarding experience of h is career seeing patients and mentoring the future emergency physicians of Sri Lanka.
When not at work he loves trying to avoid becoming an ED patient whilst attempting to improve his surfing, mountain biking and skiing.
